FBI FD 258 is the standard UNIVERSAL FBI fingerprint card, used by the FBI, Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and many other agencies for fingerprinting such as Police Clearance Certificate – PCC, Employment clearances, licenses, adoption, immigration purposes, etc. Cards come in packs of 5 cards with general fingerprinting instructions and procedure guidelines for self fingerprinting at home / office. These are the most recent version of the FD-258 cards.
